Customer Care Specialist with Spanish

Location: Warszawa
Ref. No: GCCC/ES/01/2017

Your tasks:
  • answer inbound customer calls
  • provide support to the customer within requested area
  • advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
  • cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
  • check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
Requirements:
  • excellent communication skills in Spanish
  • good command of English (speech and writing)
  • knowledge of Polish will be an asset
  • willingness to work in the shifts system
  • knowledge of MS Office package
