Customer Service Junior Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identification and response to customer inquiries
  • Processing errors of the billing cycle
  • Complain handling
  • Performing checks and bookings of incoming payments
  • Invoicing corrections
  • Performing data administration tasks
 
Qualifications
  • Communicative English, knowledge of German would be an asset
  • Experience in customer service, service delivery, logistics, order entry or accountancy will be an assets
  • Experience with direct co-operation with external Client and Vendor management
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Readiness for travelling if required
