HR Specialist (Recruiter)

The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:


HR Specialist (Recruiter)

As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full lifecycle of recruitment projects, identifying and attracting the best talents on the market. In addition to this, you will be especially responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment projects (from authorisation to the on-boarding of the successful candidate)
  • Screening applications and tracking profiles in recruitment system, candidates' selection, scheduling & conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and supporting managers in hiring decision
  • Writing job adverts aimed at attracting talents
  • Liaising with external recruitment service providers
  • Ensuring all recruitment paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
  • Preparing complex reports after interviews with candidates and Assessment Centre sessions
  • Supporting line managers with resourcing and developing business partnerships to ensure proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate management information and complete local and global monthly reporting
  • Preparation and promotion of communication on internal mobility opportunities and HR initiatives within the organisation
  • Representing BNP Paribas at conferences, job fairs and on-campus recruitment events
  • Participating in HR projects

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR department  within  international company
  • Ability to independently run recruitment processes

  • Strong team player who can remain positive during challenging assignments and balance priorities when necessary
  • Personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential issues
  • Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach
  • Knowledge of Polish HR - related laws and regulations and ability to provide information
  • Proficient use of applicant tracking software TALEO  and/or background in finance would be an additional advantage
