Intern - Financial Services Industry - Strategy Consulting team Miejsce pracy  Warszawa Role description: As a member of the FSI Strategy Consulting Team you will be be working hand in hand with consultants advising our clients on a highly diversified set of strategic topics, examples of which include: Execution and implementation of corporate strategy, including innovation, digital, and source of competitive advantage Assessment of M&A opportunities, working with clients towards completion of deal and subsequent integration of businesses Optimization of results in existing businesses, either through design and launch of new products or through restructuring of existing business processes Implementation of business-transforming innovation, including areas such as omnichannel, brand development and digital Qualifications: student or graduate of Finance, Economics or Banking; interest in financial industry and accounting aspects of financial instruments (IFRS); at least basic knowledge of accounting; ability to learn new concepts quickly; willingness to learn and increase practical and theoretical knowledge; fluency in written and spoken English; working knowledge of Microsoft Office package; ability to work under time pressure. You will support leading FSI players in Poland and across Europe. Requirements: Top class university student or graduate (Majors: finance, management, economics, or related); Substantial extracurricular activity: experience may include internships, students organizations or charity & fundraising initiatives; Analytical mindset with distinctive problem solving skills, multitasking abilities, attention to details, understanding of statistics, service-oriented personality and intellectual curiosity; Very strong communication and interpersonal skills;  Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;  Prior experience in one of the target sectors (banking, insurance, capital markets) would be an advantage.
