Internship / Corporate Finance
Our specialised Corporate Finance Group in Poland provides
a range of investment banking services:
• Mergers and acquisitions (e.g. Takeovers, Acquisitions, Disposals,
Private Placements and Privatisations),
• Valuations (e.g. Pricing Analysis, Fairness Opinions, Valuations
for accounting, tax and statutory purposes),
• Financing.
Opportunity:

Qualifications and Expectations:
• Excellent analytical skills,
• Fluency in Polish and English,
• Ability to work effectively in a team,
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point,
• Affinity for Internet and IT systems,
• Critical thinking and problem solving ability,
• Knowledge of Polish and international current economic and political
issues,
• Enthusiasm, drive and focus on goals/objectives,
• Availability during office hours, through a period of 6 months
from commencement of internship.
