For
new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is
an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we look for
candidates interested in funds distribution services, custody, fund
management, fund administration and associated sectors who are
interested in the position of:
Investment Compliance Analyst
Main Overall Tasks:- Carry out compliance operations on the funds in order to ensure that fund"s assets comply with legal and investment policy requirements
- Perform investment compliance controls using a dedicated IT tool
- Analyse and document all the reported investment compliance exceptions
- Identify and qualify investment compliance breach including the origin of the incident
- Contribute to the completion and maintenance of operational procedures in Depotbank Compliance scope
- Participate in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of Depotbank operations
- Control the integrity and the exhaustivity of the data received (from fund accountant, custodian, etc...)
- Interactions with all departments linked to the depobank in different countries
Permanent Responsibilities- Administer the effectiveness of daily operations in your area
- Guarantee the escalation of problems to head of department / local management
- Cooperate on the delivery operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Cooperate with internal and external audit and operational risk management
- Complete the "monthly business checklist" and deliver it on time
Requirements:- University degree (Finance, Economics, Law) or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience (in the investment fund industry will be an advantage)
- Very good command of English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly accurate, dedicated to quality and stress resilient
- Strong interpersonal skills : team spirit and communication
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
