Junior Trade Marketing Manager

Junior Trade Marketing Manager
(Retail & OOH)

Workplace: Warsaw


Key responsibilities:
  • Being an independent expert of trade marketing area in retail & OOH channel (without reporting employees);
  • Creating and implementing yearly trade marketing plan for clients (in cooperation with sales department); 
  • Developing, coordinating and implementing trade marketing activities for clients;
  • Controlling and updating regularly trade marketing expenditures;
  • Trade marketing activities and promotions planning;
  • Monitoring marketing activities for all clients;
  • Providing Nielsen analysis and reports for category, channels, competitors;
  • Supporting sales department in sell-in/sell out data analysis and preparing customer selling story based on available data analysis;
  • Recommending changes based on analysis of pre and post evaluation of trade marketing activities;
  • Product management: SKU management, controlling packaging materials stocks, developing promotional pack, seasonal offerings or customized pack sizes for dedicated retailers, providing product expertise to sales teams to enhance sales, incl. printed and electronic promotional materials, product training and sales argumentation;
  • Developing together with Sales Manager plans that support Nestlé Waters Poland sales in retail & OOH channels, assortment and merchandising recommendations, promotions mechanics and phasing;
  • Executing trade promotions: briefing POS agencies, developing appropriate material within the new brand identity guidelines.
Expectations towards candidates:
  • Approximately 2 years of experience on trade marketing position in Marketing department in FMCG area;
  • PC proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word (knowledge ProSpace or similar would be an asset);
  • Ability of work in Nielsen software;
  • Higher education – Master degree, preferably in Marketing or in a related area;
  • Fluent English (enabling presentation in English fluently);
  • Very good analytical skills;
  • Independence, attention to detail and good organization skills;
  • Understanding of the FMCG market and knowledge of consumer trends;
  • Active cooperation and very good communication skills.
