For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we look for candidates interested in funds distribution services, custody, fund management, fund administration and associated sectors who are interested in the position of: Junior Corporate Actions Specialist up to 8 months international training is to be expected Responsibilities: Collecting information from the Transfer Agents Setting up properly the corporate action events in the system Releasing reliable information to the clients in due time Collecting, validating and executing of clients instructions Processing the proceeds' payments (cash/securities) according to market deadlines Reconciling discrepancies on time Following up on queries (emails, phone calls) Requirements: Knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market Minimum BA degree (Finance, Economics, Law) Attention to detail and accuracy Fluency in English is a must Knowledge of French/Spanish/German/Italian language will be an asset Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines Proactivity and ability to take initiative Good knowledge of MS Office Self-motivation, willingness to learn Recent graduates are welcome We offer: A full time job in a swiftly changing environment with stable employment conditions Opportunities of individual growth in multinational company Excellent work location and atmosphere in working place Comprehensive social benefit package as well as training and development Candidates meeting the above mentioned requirements and interested in cooperation are asked to e-mail their applications in English (CV) to: Thank you in advance for sending your application.
