Junior Reconciliation Specialist with Spanish

The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
(Junior) Corporate Actions Specialist with French

(up to 3 months international training is to be expected)

Responsibilities:

    Gathering and executing clients orders, for all types of funds
    Identifying securities subject to corporate action and customers holdings
    Inputting and setting up properly the corporate action events in the system
    Collecting, analysing and sending corporate actions documents provided by administrators and issuers
    Collecting, validating and executing of clients instructions
    Processing the proceeds" payments (cash/securities) according to market deadlines
    Following up on all corporate actions queries (emails, phone calls)
    Responding to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity and accordingly to operational procedures
    Initiating introduction of improvements
    Participation in internal projects and meetings

Requirements:

We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as new graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates' professional experience.

    Fluency in English is a must
    At least good level of French (fluency will be considered as an asset)
    First experience in Fund Industry will be an asset
    Attention to detail and accuracy
    Knowledge of MS Office
    Ability to work effectively as a team player
    Excellent communication skills
    Stress resistant
    Self-motivation and willingness to learn
