Reconciliation Specialist
Responsibilities:

Ensure weekly/ monthly reconciliationEnsure the follow-up of the reconciliation breaks until final conclusion
Respond to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity
Identify settlement discrepancies and out of balance conditions through a variety of balancing techniques and reconciliation software applications
Prepare and submit various monthly reports for management review
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve reconciliation processes for greater operational efficiency, as well as improvement opportunities for other processing areas to minimize risk of error and research time
Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English
Ability to co-operate in teams
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Selfmotivation, willingness to learn
