Airline Customer Service Agent with Romanian language (in Warsaw)

Airline Customer Service Agent with Romanian language (Warsaw) In this position you will be responsible for: 

being first line contact and supporting customers in finding information regarding the flight’s schedule, route and date of the flight and the booking system, 
supporting customers through the complaint process,
providing support in livechat.

 are fluent in Romanian,
can communicate in English,
