Airline Helpline specialist with Italian! - Job for students! Workplace: Warszawa

Your tasks:

Handling incoming calls and email correspondence in Italian;
Providing information for passengers regarding flights schedules;
Handling outbound calls related to schedule changes or other airline issues;
Supporting passengers at every stage of their journey;
Supporting passengers with their special needs;
Handling the airline's customer complaints process.


Requirements:

Knowledge of the Italian language at B2 level or higher;
Knowledge of the English or Polish language at the communication level (necessary to take part in the implementation);
Communication skills;
Ability to work under the pressure and look for solutions;
Availability for a minimum of 100h during project working hours (the project works Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm);
Accuracy in performing assigned tasks.
