Business Development Manager for Poland, West Europe and Scandinavian Countries
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:- Create and apply an effective sales strategy for Poland and other European countries of company's core product (malt and malt flour),
- Building strategic position of the company on international market through active research on company's development possibilities,
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients (sales through distributors),
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships,
- Lead contract negotiation activities with clients to facilitate deal closing,
- Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients' objectives,
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines,
- Monitoring and analyzing the market,
- Taking part in food trade fairs,
- Close cooperation with R&D team located in Finland.
Requirements:- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Export Manager or a relevant role or FMCG industry (preferably bakery industry),
- Proficiency in English,
- Degree in Food Technology will be an asset,
- Readiness for business trips,
- Advanced management and interpersonal skills; business planning and predicting skills,
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
- Time management and planning skills.
