Business Development Manager for Poland, West Europe and Scandinavian Countries
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:
  • Create and apply an effective sales strategy for Poland and other European countries of company's core product (malt and malt flour),
  • Building strategic position of the company on international market through active research on company's development possibilities,
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients (sales through distributors),
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships,
  • Lead contract negotiation activities with clients to facilitate deal closing,
  • Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients' objectives,
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines,
  • Monitoring and analyzing the market,
  • Taking part in food trade fairs,
  • Close cooperation with R&D team located in Finland.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Export Manager or a relevant role or FMCG industry (preferably bakery industry),
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Degree in Food Technology will be an asset,
  • Readiness for business trips,
  • Advanced management and interpersonal skills; business planning and predicting skills,
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Time management and planning skills.
