Customer Service Agent with English (Warsaw)

Customer Service Agent with English (based in Warsaw) Workplace: Warszawa

YOUR TASKS:

Answering phone calls from customers,
Supporting customers via e-mails,
Informing about organized events, matches, available tickets,
Informing about restrictions during the events,
Answering to the customers inquiries,
Resolving the customers' problems.


REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent knowledge of the English language (minimum C1),
Readiness to work between 10.00 p.m. and 2.00 a.m.,
Understanding different English accents,
Very good pronunciation,
Maintaining good relations with clients,
Communicativeness, openness, conscientiousness.
