Customer Service Agent with Italian (based in Warsaw) Workplace: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

answering phone calls in Italian language,
informing passengers about available services,
answering customer inquiries,
providing assistance for people with special needs,
supporting passengers on every stage of the journey.
 


Requirements:

ability to communicate in Italian language at B2 or higher level,
ability to communicate in English or Polish language (necessary to participate in the training),
ability to work in a team, responsibility, and independence,
availability at least 100-120h per month (project is working from Monday to Friday between 9.00 - 18.00).
