Customer Service Specialist with Latvian! (based in Warsaw) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your tasks:

• receiving incoming calls from customers (calls in Latvian language),

• handling e-mails from customers,

• recognizing customer needs,

• comprehensive customer care and product consulting,

• providing information on the details of the offered assortment.

Requirements :

• people who can speak the Latvian language at C1 level,

• people who can speak English or Polish language at a communicative level,

• people who are positive and open to work with an international team,

• people who are reliable and conscientious,

• people who are flexible from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.
