Currently, for our client (electrotechnical industry) we are looking for people for the position:



Digital Customer Engagement Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (m/f)



Description:

manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget,
work closely with stakeholders in digital and domain owner to gather and analyze requirements, initiating the business request process with the technical team, and obtaining necessary inputs and approvals such as level of effort, feasibility, and timelines,
facilitate meetings with aforementioned stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, complete checklists, and obtain signoffs at key project gates, ensuring clear and effective communication and accountability throughout the project,
create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documents,
coordinate user acceptance testing with appropriate stakeholders, to ensure the quality and functionality of deliverables,
develop and provide initial training materials, and support documentation to enable stakeholders to upskill and adopt new features and updates.




Requirements:

knowledge of Jira is must,
minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management or business analysis,
strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, including ability to extrapolate requirements based on business problems presented,
excellent English communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills,
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,
ability to identify risks and dependencies across projects and provide mitigation plans/suggestions,
ability to identify efficiencies in process, governance, and technology utilization,
experience in marketing technology and digital engagement is a plus,
knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus,
PMI, Prince, or PMP certification is plus,
bachelor or Master’s in marketing, digital marketing or communication is a plus.
