HR Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Polska

Responsibilities:
  • work closely with the HR colleagues from Hamburg office and with external service providers to ensure the People agenda is aligned to the wider strategic agenda,
  • understand the business agenda, commercially, culturally and strategically and help shape the culture and values of the organisation and bring these to life within the business going forwards,
  • act as a true business partner to the Managing Directors in Poland and their leadership team, providing expert consultancy in organisational effectiveness and design as well as leadership and employee engagement,
  • develop, propose and / or implement policies, methods, processes or programs regarding various HR functional areas, and advise managers and / or employees,
  • conduct research and analyses on projects or programs,
  • communicate HR services, initiatives, and programs,
  • respond to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures,
  • maintain, develop, propose, and implement HR and company policies, procedures, and other guidelines,
  • support employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.
Expectations:
  • you successfully completed a university degree in business administration or similar,
  • you bring HR experience including previous experience with the Polish trade unions,
  • you gained experience in international, blue-chip, customer-focused organisations of comparable scale and complexity,
  • you have a successful track record of operating commercially and executing plans effectively,
  • you must be "business curious", with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in what is happening across broader market trends,
  • your English and Polish are business fluent, further European languages are highly beneficial.
