Supplier Enablement Analyst with German
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Job description:
  • manage all email campaigns toward suppliers,
  • manage all follow-up actions with suppliers from end-to-end to secure go-live readiness for COUPA launch,
  • lead testing with suppliers and report progress, issues and monitor through resolution,
  • lead P2P introduction of change communications to the suppliers (as-is v. to-be), understand their needs and/or concerns, manage these details with the Country Roll-Out Leader,
  • act as a change ambassador with suppliers to help them embrace the change,
  • ensure that suppliers have automatic PO recognition are adapting to the change,
  • validate whether a supplier can accept a PO from COUPA vs local procurement system for a period of time until the remaining country is transitioned to COUPA in future roll out,
  • validate accuracy of required supplier data with supplier and manage all changes between supplier and client,
  • validate and perform all testing between supplier and eProc tool to achieve successful test results; report all issues to project team until resolution closed,
  • lead CSP (Coupa supplier portal) roll-out with suppliers, including the supplier on-boardin and answer suppliers questions and help them embrace the change,
  • provide all data related to hosted catalogs, ensure data is updated; prepare Coupa templates; upload templates with items & prices; test catalogs in Coupa; update catalogs data before moving into production; set the keywords if needed,
  • provide current Webforms functionalities & all data related to them,
  • determine the best way to configure current Webforms in Coupa; configure and test,
  • manage Punch-out catalogs set up in Coupa, including set-up initial call with punch-out suppliers to explain expectations formalize actions requested from them in an email; ensure all needed information is received & enter it into Coupa; ensure suppliers performs the needed configuration in their system; test PO sending through cXML communication; ensure follow-ups of suppliers' actions,
  • lead supplier communications and change management with suppliers in scope,
  • report progress of the country supplier enablement status for scope of responsibilities to the Country Roll-Out Leader, as well as driving resolution, supplier support for issues and unresolved actions,
  • close collaboration with Country Roll-Out Leader.
